Seven year old Asher Laurence was playing video games with his friends,Ryan and James.His family just moved to a new town and they were having something called:”A housewarming party.” He didn’t really care.The important thing was that his friend’s families let them visit him in his new home,so they could hang out together.

They were playing a race car video game,they had forgotten the name of it,they just wanted to play with each other.

“I’m almost there!” Asher yelled happily,his car was close to the finish line.

“Hey! You can’t win,you won last time!” James yelled.

“I want to win! Why can’t I win? You’re so good at this game!” Ryan whined.

Asher turned to look at his friends.He didn’t mean to make them upset.He just wanted to have fun with them.

But it was too late.The car passed the finish line.

Before they could get into an argument about Asher winning all the time,his older sister,Rosalyn,burst into his room.

“ASHER! COME DOWNSTAIRS! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MOM!” Rosalyn shouted.

Asher frantically ran downstairs.What could be wrong with his Mom?
