SCENE 1

A CONVERSATION AT THE PALACE.

KING:My elders, I greet you [Elders respond]—we are almost near the 6 months for the OBOLGO RITUALS (PURIFICATION AND PROTECTION) as we all know, the Rituals need to take place without any mistakes. Where is the gongonbeater...

GONGONBEATER; Your highness.

ELDER1: wait.. your highness, I think we must consult the priest before taking other actions.. what do you say my elders [He's right; Elders response]

KING: Alright then, I will summon the priest for the discussion. Gongonbeater you may take your leave.

[footsteps exiting ]

ELDERS; THANK YOU, YOUR HIGHNESS.

KING: You have been dismissed.

SCENE 2

AT THE MARKETPLACE

[A market in the town, which has lots of customers from other towns, but is been degraded because the town has no name]

WOMAN1: Hey women, have you heard about the upcoming festive.... hahaha[She laughs]can you imagine the King wanted to set a date without him discussing it with the fetish priest.

[Women laughing]

WOMAN 2: Ah well let's see where it will end as you know we women of this town can't bring our opinion.

WOMAN 3: A town without a name but full of mystery..hmm.

[All the women started laughing again]

NEXT THREE DAYS,

KING: GUARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go and tell the priest to come to see me... immediately.

GUARD 1: YES, your highness.

KING: Go!!!!!

[30 minutes later]..... footsteps approaching>>>>>

PRIEST: MAY THE gods bless you, your highness, and may you live long. I greet you, your highness.

KING: I respond! well, the reason for your presence is because of the festive, I and my Elders want to hear from you...I mean the OBOLGO RITUALS.

PRIEST: YOUR HIGHNESS, I greet you once again. well, I have been consulting with the gods and it's saying it needs Human sacrifice this time...hmm.

KING: What! how, why......HUMAN SACRIFICE [the king in Outmost shock]. How do you expect me to inform the town when I'm still surprised and don't accept it?
