The Kingdom of Niameda - a small human kingdom surrounded by mythical creatures, both beautiful and terrifying. The people of Niameda lived in constant fear, always on edge, their lives a delicate balance between peace and chaos. The king, a wise and fair ruler, had managed to keep the peace for most of his reign.

For many years they had survived in this dangerous land, but now only fifty thousand people remained. The humans fiercely defended their land, determined to keep their ancestral home against the supernatural attack. But they knew they could not last much longer on their own.

Not with the sinister Kingdom of Rorvik to the north, home to an army three times the size of Niameda's. And to the south, there was the mysterious Kingdom of Umbris, with its one hundred and fifty thousand people. Rumours swirled about the strange alliances that Umbris had forged with creatures such as dragons and shapeshifters.

The king, King Madoc, was a wise and fair ruler, but even he knew that their time was running out. He had tried to negotiate with the leaders of Rorvik, offering them land, wealth, and even his daughter's hand in marriage, but the brutal ruler, King Morgrim, had only laughed in his face. As if sensing the desperation in the human kingdom, the other races that surrounded them grew bolder, pressing their attacks, testing the limits of Niameda's defences. Niameda stood surrounded and outmatched.
