Trent O'Neil let out a groan as the scientist advanced upon him with another needle. Silently, he weeped as the burning sensation spread through him again.
"Another one, Doc?"
"That is it. He is done, Samuel. Tell his parents."
-Done? Am I finally done?- Trent thought. -Thank god.-
"Get him out of here!" the doctor snapped.
Trent was wheeled out of the room quickly. It terrified him. He trembled as he was rushed to the nearest bathroom and given cloths.
"Get dressed" the male nurse snapped. Blushing, Trent obeyed. Once he was clothed and ready to leave, Trent was rushed into the waiting room, where he hugged his dad and left.
"Dad, what will I do now?"
"What you used to do, son."
"How? I look like a freak!"
"No you don't"
Trent's mother's voice was soft but stern. Trent quieted down and stared out the window, wondering what his old friends would say.
