Thank you for reading my very first e-book. The first thing I would like to explain to you is the front cover. That is the Super Superstition Mountain in Pinal County, Arizona. When I was a teenager, I climbed up the front to the top and camped overnight twice. It might not look like much, but I am the only one I know so far had done this. and I am very proud of that. There is a hiking trail up the back that many have hiked up but none that I know has climbed up the front. That doesn't mean I'm the only one to ascend up the front, out of everyone that I know. That Mountain is so beautiful, every time I look at that Mountain it makes me smile. I took that picture. early 2020. If you look at the buildings below the Mountain, that is the great Mining Camp Ghost Town. I have been to the Mining Camp Ghost Town many times and I love it. I recommend everyone to experience the great Mining Camp Ghost Town in Apache Junction, Arizona. Happiness comes from within you, have you noticed that when you're unhappy that time seems to slow down, and when you're happy, time seems to speed up. If you see someone that's happy all the time, that person will tell you there's not enough time in a day to do everything, for that person life is too short. And if you see a person that's miserable all the time, that person will say life is too long, and ready to give life up. Time flies when you're having fun and time drags when you're miserable. It's funny that happy people have short lives, and miserable people live long miserable lives. You have to make the best out of life. You don't have to be miserable. Life is precious, you must make the best of it. I've seen people that will kill for $10. A life is worth more than any material object. Everything happens for a reason. Everything that has happened to you till now has made you the most amazing and most wonderful person and the world would not be the same without you. Do you know thousands of people die every day? If one of the people you love and care for was one of those people that have died, wouldn't that really hurt inside? Take a minute and think of each loved one and how much you really love them. If one of your favorite people was to die, wouldn't that hurt? "H-LL YEAH", that pain stays with you for the rest of your life. So knowing they are okay and still feel and seeing their presence makes you feel so happy that they are alive? If that makes you feel happy, then put a smile on your face. You have to understand that they love you just as much and would have great pain the rest of their lives. They feel just as happy knowing you are still alive. If you are not happy with the way your life is, that makes you hurt inside. You must understand that it's just a change, and change has to happen in order to make life better and give you more opportunities or options. You will find that you are much better off now than you were. If you were to ask a person that's successful, how did you get successful? And they will all tell you that all the failure was steps to their success. How are you supposed to learn to be successful without failure? Rich people are proud of their successes and failures both. The biggest part of their success is how much faith, and believe they have in themselves to succeed. Believe in yourself and you can do anything. If you want to have a better life, you must build your financial IQ. Building your financial IQ is not very hard. In this world of internet, you have all the information at your fingertips. Learning to put your money into assets that give you income. Always pay yourself first before you pay your bills. Make every penny count. Once you build up a list of assets you can then treat yourself to a good time. Only you can do what you need to do to succeed. ASSETS are what put money in your pocket. LIABILITIES are what takes money out of your pocket. Learn how to build your financial IQ. If you invest in stocks. Only buy stocks that pay you high dividends. Get a good brokerage. Real Estate is a highly profitable investment and very fun to get into. If you know your options, then you will profit without gambling, and you can see opportunities no one else can see. I only say that because money is the number one reason for depression. Money is one of the biggest reasons why couples argue if you're not rich. People that's poor think that more money will solve their problems, but more money doesn't help. When people make more money they tend on spending more so that doesn't really help unless they put it into assets. But most people don't know how to manage their money. The rich do not work for money. The rich use their money to make money. That is how the rich stay rich. Everyone goes to school and learns that you have to go to college and work hard to pay your bills. But schools don't teach you how to get rich. If you want to go to college, you have to take out a student loan. When you already owe a student loan, how are you going to ever get ahead? Schools will not teach you to get rich, but people love to learn but don't like to go to school. That's why the internet is so valuable to have at your fingertips. The biggest asset you will ever have is your brain. So invest in your brain to learn how to do investing. I said once before. Real estate wholesaling is easy to learn, and it's very fun and profitable no matter where you live. Be very careful out there, we have to wear facemasks because of catching a virus that will kill you. Not only that, the vaccine will kill you slowly too. That's why we need to be careful and if you think you could have come in contact with the virus try not to spread any further and make your way to the hospital be stronger than the virus, you can survive anything, believe that God will help if you ask him. There are many people in this world that are so mentally strong and that's from their beliefs, and they can make money without even trying, that's because their brain is hardwired for success that's why people like that can look at something that's bad and make a good opportunity out of it. it's like everything that person touches turns to gold, and you can do the same thing exactly, but he makes money, and you don't, that's because you somehow are pushing success away and everything you try seemed to go the wrong way. But the rich guy can pull money out of a bucket of mud without even thinking about it, that's because something in your life when you were younger turned your thoughts about money into a negative direction and that is why you just can't seem to attract money like the rich guy. Rich people are looking at everything in a very different way than we think or look at everything. It takes a little work to rewire us to attract money. This is a hard thing to fix if you don't know how to fix it. But it can be done. There is a way to put you on a 180 way of thinking, from the way you have been thinking. That's a valuable thing for us, and we would be able to live so much happier till we die. I think that can be worth its weight in gold. I can say that I have tried so many things and nothing would seem to work for me until I found the laws of attraction on YouTube. To change your whole life around is huge. God made our belief system so strong, that if you believe in the wrong way you will not have anything work for you. That's pretty hard to fix. But you can fix that. It's in your subconscious mind that you need to train to believe.
