While Katlyn was taking a shower, she was suddenly struck by a sharp pain in her head. Memories began to flood back to her, one after the other, overwhelming her all at once. The intensity of it all caused her to faint, but she quickly regained consciousness a few moments later. Remarkably, she was able to recall everything she needed to do. After her shower, she quickly got dressed and made her way to the living room where her sister, Emmanuel, the wolves, and a few other vampires were gathered. She paused for a moment before speaking, taking a deep breath to steady her nerves. With a determined look on her face, she revealed that she possessed the power of the gods and began to explain what had happened during her coma.
As she spoke, she could see the disbelief and confusion on their faces. But she knew that what she was about to say next would be even harder for them to accept. She explained that in order to bring their worlds back together and restore order, everyone would need to work together. The vampires would have to stop killing humans, as would the wolves. They would all need to learn to get along, despite centuries of war and animosity between their two species.
She knew that this would be a difficult task, but it was the only way to ensure that the gods could be present in their world once again. And she couldn't do it alone. She needed everyone's help. The room fell silent as they all contemplated her words, realizing the gravity of the situation.
Since Marcus's passing, madness has ensued. Wolves are being slaughtered and skinned alive, vampires are being hung up in the sunlight, and humans are being hunted for sport. It's a complete and utter disaster. Emmanuel was supposed to maintain order, but he has failed miserably.
When Katlyn stepped up to take charge, the others laughed and refused to take orders from a "little girl." Keela, one of the vampires, even went so far as to suggest that anyone who wanted to live without rules should follow her. Katlyn swiftly put an end to that by disintegrating Keela and anyone else who dared to follow her. With no objections, Katlyn got down to business. She put her sister in charge of the vampires, instructing her to ensure that they didn't harm the wolves or humans. Rashida, a wise and experienced female elder wolf, was put in charge of the wolves, with the same instructions. Emmanuel was tasked with helping Katlyn figure out how to rescue her mother from hell. It was a daunting mission, but with this new leadership in place, they were determined to restore order and bring peace to their world. Katlyn told him how she was going to go to hell, she would go into a deep sleep and her soul would travel there, she was capable of traveling to different realms but he needed to be here to make sure she woke up and to do so he would speak the words "Instill Prismic" and she would come back, he agreed so she got to work with the spell.
