The beginning.

Thousands of years ago, there was a war between the Elemental gods, namely, Taurus, the god of Earth; Aquarius, the god of Water; Hurricane, the god of Air; Raiden, the god of Thunder and Lightning and Drago, the god of Fire. Drago was the most powerful of them, also known as the conqueror of all gods.

But after a few hundred years, they finally came to their senses and reconciled with each other to build a world, where living beings can be able to use their abilities.

Then one stormy night, Aquarius had just seen a vision and decided to tell her fellow mates. She sprinted to the center where the others were discussing something. Raiden spotted her as she was approaching.

"Aquarius. What is it?"

"I saw something very shocking, so I decided to tell you all."

"You saw it too." Drago muttered.

"What is he talking about?"

"A vision that four of us had, and seems like you had it too, right?"

"Yes."

"And it troubles you."

"Yes. Yes, it does."

"But it's obviously a lie." Taurus yelled.

"What if it's true? You shouldn't say such things." Hurricane sighed. "Besides you're the stupid one."

"Huh?! What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

"Just saying."

"You're dead!"

"Enough." Drago warned. There was silence in the room. "It can't be a lie. So, I urge all of you to meditate on it. This meeting is adjourned." He walked away from the hall and into his chambers.

"There's a war starting soon." He sighed as he gazed at the window in front of him and admired the falling raindrops.

{PRESENT TIME.}

"I'm going to get you!" A boy yells at a young girl in a dress.

"No, you're not." The girl replies.

"Diana!!" A woman calls from the huge castle in front of the kids.

"The queen." The boy squeals. "You have to answer her."

"But I don't want to."

"Diana!!" The woman calls again, sternly.

"You have to go!"

"Fine." The girl runs off to the woman and leaves the boy alone.

"Mother, you called."

"It's time for training."

"But I don't want to."

"Come on now." The woman growled, grabbing Diana by the arm and leading her to the arena. A bright light shone on her as the stepped into the sunny battleground.

"But why? Why should I?"

"Because Diana..." The woman knelt and placed her hands gently on Diana's shoulder. "...You were destined for greatness ever since you were born. So that's why we're training you to be as strong as possible. Ok?"

"Yes, Mom. But no matter how much I try, it never seems to be enough for Dad." She complains, with tears forcing their way to drop out of her eyes.

"Don't worry, sweetie. Everything will be alright."

"Ok."

"Queen Vanessa!" A man calls from the heart of the arena.

"Your teacher is here. We have to go now." She grabbed her daughter's arm gently and led her to the instructor.

"My. She has grown a lot from the last time I saw her."

"Good day sir."

"Hello, Diana. Are you ready for today?"

"Yes... and no."

"Don't worry. There's nothing to be nervous about." She nodded her head lightly, giving him a gentle and warming smile.

"Well, I guess I'll leave you guys." Her mother left the two alone. Just then, a boy jumped out of the nearby ferns, yelling,

"Watch out because Axel the conqueror is here!"

"Who is he?" Diana questioned.

"That's my son."

"Oh, I see." She inched closer to him and stretched out her hand, signaling him to shake it. He glanced at her hand, then her face, and said,

"Sorry, but I don't shake girls. They're weak."

"Excuse me?"

"You're not deaf. You heard me." Just then, the father walked closer to the two children and asked what they were talking about.

"Oh, nothing. Just that this girl wanted me to shake her. I mean, can you believe her audacity?" He grinned.

"Axel, the 'girl' you're talking to is the princess."

"Wait, WHAT?!?!" He yelled then bowed down, crying, "I'm really sorry! My sincerest apologies! Please forgive me! Or better yet punish me, in whatever way you can."

"There's no need for that. It's not your fault."

"What a nice girl. Other girls who had this position would've spat on him."

"Really?"

"Mhm."

"Thank you so much. You're in my debt." He assured with tears in his eyes.
