Guilty you say... Well, there was never any other alternative, was there? The worst is to ask the motivation. Should there be any? I just did it, I just killed the guy. Yeah, I killed him, I don’t deny it, but only that makes me guilty? You judged me from the beginning, I had no chance to resort to any excuse. Guilty! you screamed at the very moment I squeezed that trigger. How can I defend myself against a sentence so elaborate even before the act of killing? The trigger could have stuck, the sights might not have been accurate, the guy could have strayed. Guilty... need some more word or explanation, defense or appeal? Humph, who would risk leaving flowers at the grave of a villain?
