Moment of Wisdom and Inspired Follow einer Story

A person from my business circle once ask me why is it important to train children with the sense of self-awareness.

One of the primary reason to develope a sense of self-awareness is that enable us to empathize and sympathize with people that are from different background.

Unless we are aware what are our natural bias and preassumption on any given subject, we will not be able to understand why people may disagree with each other.

As we grow in learning how we navigate our world surrounding us, we will realize how others easily misunderstand who we are and what we are really standing up for.

We will realize that we are not the person other people precieve on surface, that human is a complex oragnism, that requires a lot more time to study to discern someone intention and their personality.

Once we understand how easily we will get misunderstood by others, we start to grow in empathetic to those who come from a different point of view. Because you will now understand perhaps some of our judgement on other people are result of our subjective reality. We will understand we will never completely understand another person point of view, as we do not know what is going on in that person mind, and we do not know evreything that they have been through.

As we grow in self-awareness, we will be able to explain some of our emotion, and able to observe how we interact with our environment.

We will be able to explain our point of view in a way that people with a different background can relatable to our preposition.

It helps us articlate and to communicate on a higher level.

People of all age shall strive to develop a sense of self-awareness.

It is never too late to start, and we only lose if we never started.
