But I wish I knew that every single day I wished it could.

I wish they knew how much they mattered.

I wish they knew the number of people who are no longer the same because they are gone.

I hope you know that you matter.

I hope you know that seeking help is not being weak but being strong.

Because you matter, you matter to many.

Don't keep secrets and promises that could harm someone or yourself. Seek help if you need it. Tell people you love them, constantly, because you never know when it will be the last time.
